All transactions go through Instawares, Inc. Through them, we accept Bill Me Later®, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Paypal, checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Bill Me Later.®

Now you can buy fast, feel secure, and pay later! Bill Me Later® is the fast, simple, secure way to make purchases without using your credit card. There’s no lengthy application - just select Bill Me Later® at checkout. You’ll receive a bill in the mail and can choose to pay in full or over time. Bill Me Later® can be used for small business purchases too when personally guaranteed by an individual. Please use the billing address and information for the personal guarantor of the account. The billing address can be changed to the business address after the transaction is approved, simply by visiting the Bill Me Later® self-service website at www.billmelater.com.

Purchase Orders

We accept payment by purchase order and all purchase orders must be above $500. First, however, you must apply for a credit account. You may click the following link for a copy of our credit application. There is a $25 credit application fee. If approved, the application fee is refundable on your first order. Once the account is activated, you will be given the opportunity to enter a purchase order number in a field on the order form when you place your order. You will need to provide a hard copy of your first purchase order with us; subsequent orders will not require a hard copy of your purchase order.

Paying by Purchase Order

Add the items you want to purchase by clicking the Add to Cart button on each item's product information page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of any page on our Web site. You should take a moment to review all of the products you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart click the "Checkout" button. Sign in with your e-mail address and password, provide the necessary shipping and payment information. You will be given the opportunity to indicate that you want to pay by purchase order. You will also be able to enter any relevant purchase order number.

Returns

All Orders are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

You may return most items sold by Instawares Restaurant Supply within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, Log into My Account to notify us of your problem or to obtain an RA number. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account can take up to two billing cycles.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any Closeout item.

• Special Order Items.

• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

• Any item that has obvious signs of use.

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

• Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
